山海在封装设计阶段通过对BOM (bill of material) 的甄选，在确保可靠性的前提下，向客户提供更加友好的产线时间（floor life)。对于货架时间，即真空包装的能力，山海产品包装可支撑两年的货架时间，此举向客户提供了更加灵活的采购和生产计划安排。
客户产线时间即真空包装开封后且进行回流焊之前能够在客户产线上放置的时长，参考JEDEC-033D标准，根据不同湿敏等级（MSL）对应产线时间（Floor Life）。
